I have worked in Talent Acquisition since early 2007. Since I have worn every hat within recruitment, I have lived the ins and outs of helping others find the perfect candidate to join their team and the converse, leading candidates along their journey to their dream job!
Aside from the role as trusted advisor for hiring managers and job seekers, I have been on my own journey to find my own Career Happiness. Over the years I have personally crafted an ever-changing definition of success.
